We have a lot of fun with Betfair. We’ve recently developed an e-CRM campaign to educate punters more in the art of betting. We used light hearted sketches and analogies to make complex betting techniques easier to understand. The e-CRM campaign was backed up and supported with a Welcome Pack sent out to customers within one week of joining, together with a CD.

Since being appointed by Chelsea Football Club, we've rebranded and relaunched their membership scheme. We've grown the membership to 80,000 and changed it from a business cost to a profit generator. This has all been achieved through CRM principles and direct response media. Our recent "It's in the Blood" campaign successfully combined direct response press and poster with email. We’ve also rolled out the membership programme within the United States, and we’ve also got big plans to extend into China.
