At the heart of all communications is the consumer, so shouldn’t we strive to understand what makes them tick? What motivates them to purchase, what is the consideration process and what do they think about our client’s brands? Answers to these types of questions help develop our approach to a client’s problem, and help us develop our solutions.
We will always ask clients how much they know about their customers and what data and information sources are at hand. We will also look to readily available research sources and published information and where appropriate commission our own.
