Over a number of years we combined data insight with the latest in personalisation technologies and exceptional creative, to completely transform Monarch’s audience understanding and their approach to CRM. From augmented reality to personalised video, we have re-defined the direct channel for Monarch, unlocked new levels of customer intelligence, implemented new approaches to segmentation and generated millions in incremental revenue. Oh, and we re-defined their brand too.
