Launched in 2008, now with over 100 gyms nationwide, the ambitious Gym Group recruited WDMP to optimise their CRM capability, to pursue further business growth.
As an extension of their marketing team, WDMP initially brought first-rate campaign management capabilities to answer the comms requirements of the entire estate. Very quickly we developed a wider roadmap, tailored to meet business priorities, first tackling the ‘Welcome’ and ‘Winback’ segments of their customer journey. A brand new journey for ‘early-life membership’, delivering personalisation at every point of contact, and fresh new email creative and operational step changes for ‘winback’, has delivered immediate positive impact.
