Vonage are America’s largest VoIP telephony provider, but relatively unknown in the UK. Over a number of years, WDMP has helped revolutionise their UK strategy to focus on small businesses. Our challenge is to make the owners of diverse UK businesses, aware of an organisation they have barely heard of, offering a fairly complex telephony service, at a time when telecoms spend is in decline. Driven by our overarching strategy to make Vonage ‘the expert in the small business conversation’, our multi-channel campaigns have grown awareness metrics exponentially, doubled consideration levels in our core audiences, and increased sales.
