Reviewing the TalkTalk programme of welcome communications we created a new customer journey. Sitting within the TalkTalk brand this identity needed to be engaging in a way that reassured customers that they had made the right choice. An instantly recognisable style and tone of voice ensured that contact was consistently relevant, fresh and reinforcing the TalkTalk brand. Developed utilising full digital print technology, we created more than 10 million variations in the Welcome Pack alone, meaning every customer was able to experience highly personalised and relevant communications.
