The challenge with small business loans is that SMEs only need finance at uniquely specific moments in their business life. Following optimised data targeting, WDMP’s challenge was to create a compelling direct mail programme to keep Funding Circle front of mind, and the natural choice when a need arises. Combining traditional and original formats with motivational insight and behavioural psychologies, we developed a range of propositions delivered through a cost effective creative mix that made a real impact to Funding Circle’s DM strategy.
